June Recap: A Month of Pool Parties, Weddings, and Everything In Between

June was one for the books. From a company pool party to a Chateau Bellevue wedding, milestone birthdays, and back-to-back corporate events, we spent the month doing what we love most: bringing the bar to wherever the celebration is happening!

Here's a look back at everything we got to be part of.

A Pool Party at The Guitar Pool House

June kicked off with one of our favorite kinds of events: a company pool party at the iconic Austin Guitar Pool. We brought the bar, guests brought the good vibes, and the whole afternoon felt like a proper Austin summer day.

On the menu, three signature cocktails: a blood orange coconut margarita, our Island Wood Smash, and a peach martini. Each one was built to match the pool party energy: bright, refreshing, and just a little extra.

The drinks were only part of the day. Guests moved between a delicious food spread, cold plunges, a hat bar, pedicures, and IV therapy stations- basically a full reset and refresh menu alongside the cocktail menu. A DJ kept the energy going all afternoon, and at some point the whole party turned into a conga line, drinks in hand, weaving around the pool. That's the kind of moment you can't plan for, but it's exactly what makes an event memorable.

A Wedding at Chateau Bellevue

Downtown Austin got a taste of old-world elegance with this wedding at Chateau Bellevue. Guests arrived to a welcome cocktail from our vintage-style cocktail fountain, a dirty martini done right, with assorted olives, pickles, and extra olive juice for anyone who wanted theirs extra dirty.

After the ceremony, cocktail hour moved to the outdoor terrace. We poured watermelon margaritas made with cold-pressed watermelon juice alongside a clarified bourbon yuzu cocktail, while guests enjoyed caviar and a string quartet playing in the background.

Dinner brought the evening inside with wood-fired pizzas, freshly shucked oysters, a charcuterie station, and more. From the fountain to the final course, it was a night built entirely around a reflection of the couple and their personal style.

Two 40th Birthdays, Two Different Vibes

June also brought a pair of milestone 40th birthday celebrations, proving there's no single way to celebrate a big one.

Out in the Hill Country, one birthday turned into a full weekend feel. To match the Uchi catering, we put a twist on our Pina Fuego margarita, adding a house-made Thai chili tincture and a Thai basil garnish for aromatics and serious wow factor. Guests spent the evening moving between tarot readings and a late-night swim under the stars.

On the East Side, a smaller, more intimate 40th kept things cozy. Guests sipped espresso martinis and enjoyed a charcuterie spread before heading up for a final toast on the rooftop as the night wound down.

Two Corporate Events, Two Different Settings

Rounding out June, we hosted a pair of corporate events on opposite ends of the vibe spectrum.

Out on the lake, a smaller group kept things classic with margaritas and tacos at the company's own lake house, with plenty of time for swimming and boat rides between drinks.

In East Austin, a larger group gathered for a different kind of afternoon, two zero-proof cocktails alongside a full BBQ spread. A great reminder that a thoughtful bar program isn't just about alcohol; it's about making sure every guest has something crafted for them.

Got Something to Celebrate?

June reminded us that there's no wrong reason to celebrate: a milestone birthday, a wedding, a Tuesday with friends who deserve a good drink. If you've got something worth celebrating, we've got the bar for it.

We're booking now through October 2027, so if a date's on your mind, let's talk.
